Avoiding Gynecological Diseases: 3 Important Considerations for Women in Sexual Activity

Gynecological diseases are a problem that troubles every woman. The incidence rate of gynecological diseases is nearly 100%, meaning almost all women are likely to suffer from various gynecological conditions at some point. These diseases pose a significant threat to women's health, affecting not only their work and daily life but also their marital relationships.

Considerations in Sexual Activity

To avoid gynecological diseases, women should pay attention to these three points in their sexual life. Let's take a look!

1. Avoid Sexual Activity During Menstruation

Menstruation is one of the physiological characteristics of women. With the onset of menstruation, a woman's body may feel uncomfortable to varying degrees, and her resistance to illnesses may weaken. Therefore, women should take appropriate care measures during menstruation, ensure adequate rest, and avoid staying up late.

Additionally, it's crucial to abstain from sexual activity during menstruation. Engaging in sexual activity during this period can easily induce gynecological diseases, posing a significant risk to women's health. It can also lead to menstrual disorders, and over time, this can cause infertility.

2. Avoid Frequent Sexual Activity

Research indicates that sexually active women have a significantly increased probability of developing gynecological diseases and cervical erosion. Frequent sexual activity poses even greater harm to the female reproductive system. It can cause excessive congestion in the uterus and pelvic area, leading to endometritis and pelvic inflammatory disease.

3. Avoid Unhygienic Sexual Practices

Unhygienic sexual practices can bring many inconveniences to women and cause a lot of trouble for the family. External genital uncleanliness can lead to ascending infections, causing inflammation in the female internal reproductive organs and blocking the fallopian tubes. This blockage prevents the normal release of eggs, their combination with sperm, thus affecting fertility. Moreover, unhygienic sexual practices can cause secondary dysmenorrhea, frequent abdominal pain, and other gynecological disease symptoms.

Therefore, it's important to understand that protection during sexual activity is vital in preventing gynecological diseases. Many women, upon experiencing gynecological inflammation, are reluctant to seek medical treatment. Instead, they might indiscriminately take anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics, or use medicinal washes to clean the vagina, believing that these methods can treat gynecological diseases.

However, this approach is highly erroneous. Misuse of antibiotics can lead to drug resistance, posing significant harm to the body. Additionally, medicinal washes can excessively cleanse the vagina, leading to an imbalance of the vaginal flora and reduced resistance to bacteria, thus triggering more severe gynecological inflammations.

In such cases, taking traditional Chinese medicine, such as Fuyan Pill, can be more effective in treating gynecological inflammations. On the one hand, it does not lead to drug resistance; on the other hand, it helps to eliminate inflammatory infections and enhances women's immunity!

In addition to this, the prevention of gynecological diseases can also be achieved through regular medical check-ups, paying attention to personal hygiene, and maintaining good lifestyle habits.

Regular Check-Ups

Women under 40 years old with regular sexual activity should have a comprehensive examination at the hospital every two years. This includes routine vaginal discharge tests, ultrasound (B-ultrasound) examinations, endocrine tests, and cervical scraping (Pap smear) tests, among others. These examinations are crucial for understanding the health status of various organs and preventing the occurrence of different gynecological diseases.

Personal Hygiene

Gynecological diseases are related to poor personal hygiene habits. Therefore, to prevent these diseases, it is essential to maintain personal hygiene. This includes regularly washing the external genital area, frequently changing underwear, avoiding sharing bathtubs and towels with others, and preferring showers over baths. Underwear and socks should be washed separately.

Maintaining Good Lifestyle Habits

The occurrence of gynecological diseases is also related to poor lifestyle habits. Sitting or standing for long periods without adequate physical activity can lead to poor local blood circulation, weaker resistance to diseases, and increased susceptibility to bacterial and other pathogenic infections, triggering various gynecological diseases.
