Four common causes of non-obstructive azoospermia

Azoospermia know as there is no problem in collecting the specimen, but the absence of sperm on semen. Azoospermia can be divided into two major categories: obstructive and nonobstructive. Obstructive azoospermia occurs when the duct carrying the sperm from the testicle to the urethra becomes blocked. Treatment for this condition is usually surgery. Varicocele
Varicoceles are swollen varicose veins in the scrotum, which cause blood pooling. This blood pooling in the scrotum negatively affects the sperm production. If veins in the scrotum become enlarged or widened, this would form a varicocele and impair normal sperm production.
 
Genetic Causes
Chromosomal abnormalities, like Y chromosome micro deletions, and karyotypic abnormalities are genetic causes of male infertility that may result in non-obstructive azoospermia.
