Epididymitis: How to Do a Testicular Self-Exam
Generally speaking, young men are at high risk of epididymitis. Men at this age tend to be energetic, have no concept of hygiene, and do not know how to protect their lower bodies. It is easy to cause some bacterial infections. Although they can feel the pain of the testicles, they still do not pay enough attention. This symptom may be epididymitis.

Method 1 for self-examination of epididymitis: acute epididymitis may also be caused by external pressure, with the feeling of the testicle being squeezed. The reason is that sex is too frequent, especially for teenagers and unmarried people. Masturbation can also cause this disease.

Method 2 for self-examination of epididymitis: patients with epididymitis usually have induration, which mainly occurs in the head or tail of the attached testis and mostly in the bottom. After epididymitis infection, nodules are often left in the tail or head.

Method 3 for self-examination of epididymitis: sudden high fever, increased white blood cells, swelling and pain of the affected side of the scrotum, feeling of heaviness, pain in the lower abdomen and groin, aggravated when standing or walking. The affected epididymis is swollen with evident tenderness. When the scope of inflammation is large, the epididymis and testis are swollen, and the boundary between the two is unclear, which is called epididymitis. The affected spermatic cord is thickened and tender. This is a symptom of acute epididymitis.

Method 4 for self-examination of epididymitis: Chronic epididymitis is relatively standard. Some patients become chronic due to the inability to cure effectively in the acute phase, but most patients have no clear acute phase. Inflammation is often secondary to chronic prostatitis or injury. Patients often feel faint pain, swelling and swelling of the affected scrotum. The pain usually involves the lower abdomen and the ipsilateral groin, sometimes accompanied by secondary hydrocele.

We all clearly understand the above four methods for examining epididymitis. So why do men get epididymitis?

1. Too much sex, not paying attention to sexual abstinence. Long-term and frequent sexual life leads to long-term hyperemia of the testis, and some male friends have the habit of frequent masturbation, resulting in long-term compression of the epididymis by external forces, thus increasing the probability of men suffering from epididymitis.

2. The patient has both prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis. After the patients were infected with these two diseases, they did not take adequate measures to control them, and the disease gradually worsened. Inflammation will slowly spread from the vas deferens to the epididymitis, leading to male epididymitis. Therefore, male friends with prostatitis or seminal vesiculitis should be actively and effectively treated.

3. Pay no attention to genital hygiene. Many men prefer to wear tights with the effect of binding the body, resulting in the scrotum being exposed to high temperature and humidity for a long time, which provides a good hotbed for the reproduction and growth of bacteria. If the resistance of the male body decreases at this time, the bacteria will easily infect the epididymis through the vas deferens, causing inflammation of the epididymis.

4. Inflammation of certain diseases. Some diseases will also increase the probability of men suffering from epididymitis, such as tonsillitis, mumps, tooth, or systemic infection. This is because pathogenic bacteria will "invade" the male epididymis from the blood, leading to severe epididymis. These situations often occur when the body's immune capacity is reduced.

In short, men need to understand some self-examination methods of epididymitis, start from the cause of disease, and actively prevent epididymitis in daily life. In addition, if you find symptoms related to epididymitis at ordinary times, you should also actively check and treat it, and strive to cure epididymitis at an early stage, so as to prevent the disease from becoming chronic and causing unnecessary trouble to the treatment.

In the early stage of treatment, effective antibiotics can be selected to quickly control inflammation. If it has become chronic epididymitis, you can choose natural medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill for treatment.

At the same time, men should pay attention to hygiene, especially the lower body, and pay more attention to hygiene and cleanliness, which can effectively prevent infection caused by bacteria in the foreskin.
