Youth, How Can You Avoid Repeated Chronic Epididymitis

Epididymitis is a common disease in young men. It is caused by pathogenic bacteria, such as Escherichia Coli, staphylococcus, or streptococcus retrograde into the epididymis through the vas deferens. Epididymitis is secondary to urethritis, prostatitis, and seminal vesiculitis.

Youth

Chronic epididymitis is more common, and some patients develop chronic epididymitis due to failure to cure acute epididymitis. Most patients had no acute epididymitis before and often had repeated chronic epididymitis. The clinical features of chronic epididymitis are scrotal pain and swelling pain, which can radiate to the lower abdomen and the inner thigh on the same side. At the same time, there will be mild enlargement of the epididymis, hardening, and induration, local light tenderness, ipsilateral ureter thickening, and other symptoms.

Experts point out that epididymitis is a common disease in men, and in recent years the incidence is getting higher and higher and tends to be younger, more induced in some young people.

Repeated epididymitis is linked to repeated pathogenic bacterial infections and holding urine.

Young people are easy to infect with epididymitis. They will have testicular swelling pain, urgent urination, pain in urine, painful intercourse, and other discomforts. Long-term epididymitis may induce other aspects of urinary system diseases, and the treatment is also more difficult. Therefore, patients with epididymitis should also do a good job of daily protection even after the disease is cured to reduce the probability of recurrence.

What are the factors of repeated epididymitis?

1. Infectious factors, including bacterial infection or mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, etc., have an important impact on the recurrence of epididymitis.

2. Bad living habits, including staying up late, overworking, smoking, and drinking, can also lead to repeated epididymitis.

3. Excessive sexual life, frequent masturbation, holding urine, etc., are important causes of repeated epididymitis.

4. Mental factors, such as stress, anxiety, panic, etc., can disrupt the body's immune regulatory system, thereby increasing the chance of epididymitis recurrence.

5. If men often engage in heavy physical labor or stay up late, it will lead to the decline of the body's resistance and cause men to be more susceptible to a variety of pathogenic bacteria infections, leading to repeated epididymitis.

How can youth avoid repeated epididymitis?

1. Adjust your routine

People with chronic epididymitis should make a healthy routine and stick to it because adequate rest can prevent further deterioration of the disease and can improve their immunity, which is very helpful in treating the disease.

2. Don't be sedentary

The position of the epididymis is known to be sensitive. If you sit for long periods, the skin of the testicles is not breathable, and bacteria and viruses can flourish. It is easy to cause the male genital blood flow to be not smooth. Therefore, this practice is harmful to the treatment and relief of epididymitis disease and should be eliminated.

3. Prevent constipation

If constipation occurs in patients with chronic epididymitis, too much force will stimulate the epididymis when defecation makes the epididymis have more serious swelling pain. When men suffer from constipation, too much excrement stored in the anus will form a squeeze on the epididymis. Thus, men must avoid constipation, making the condition better.

4. Stop smoking and drinking

After epididymis inflammation, abstain from spicy and stimulating food, especially chili and wine. Tobacco is not food but also taken from the mouth and is extremely spicy and stimulating, irritating the epididymis. Thus, tobacco, alcohol, and spicy things are the dietary taboo of patients with epididymitis.

5. Abstain from sex

Men with epididymitis can not frequently let the testicles and the epididymis stimulate contraction. The epididymis needs to expand and contract during ejaculation, which stimulates the epididymis. Thus, people with chronic epididymitis should avoid frequent sexual intercourse.
