Can Epididymitis Cause Spermatorrhea? Why?

Epididymitis can cause spermatorrhea. Ejaculation is a normal physiological phenomenon. Generally speaking, when a man suffers from epididymitis, it may cause ejaculation, but this kind of ejaculation is called pathological ejaculation.

Epididymitis

Why does epididymitis cause spermatorrhea?

Epididymitis is a common disease in andrology, which can seriously lead to male infertility. It often occurs in young and middle-aged people. Whenever the body's resistance is low, pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus will take the opportunity to enter the vas deferens and retrogradely invade the epididymis, causing inflammation. Epididymitis seriously endangers male health.

When men reach puberty, they instinctively produce sexual desire, such as irregular sexual intercourse or masturbation, and ejaculation is a natural result. If the mind pays too much attention to sexual issues, is extremely sensitive to sexual stimulation, has too close contact with the opposite sex, or has seen sexual stimulation scenes in pornographic books or movies. It will stimulate the brain and make the cerebral cortex continue to have sexual excitement, which is extremely easy to induce natural ejaculation.

The spermatorrhea caused by genital inflammation, such as epididymitis, is mostly pathological. Epididymitis refers to acute purulent inflammation of the testicles and epididymis. Traditional Chinese medicine is called a carbuncle, and modern medicine is called epididymitis. The clinical manifestations are characterized by one or bilateral testicles, acute swelling and pain in the epididymis, and rejection.

Generally, it is more common unilaterally; the infection range involves the testicles. Once acute epididymitis occurs, it is difficult for a clinical physical examination to distinguish between the epididymis and testicles. At this time, a type B ultrasound examination can help with diagnosis.

Epididymitis causes frequent congestion in genital parts, and the spinal ejaculation center is pathologically excited, resulting in frequent spermatorrhea. In addition to epididymitis, stimulating genital inflammation, such as foreskin glans, prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, and urethritis caused by the excessive foreskin, can also make the penis prone to erection and spermatorrhea.

Frequent ejaculation can cause mental depression, dizziness and tinnitus, insomnia and dreaminess, mental fatigue, weakness of the waist and knees, memory loss, and other adverse changes that need attention.

In addition to the long prepuce of the penis and the lack of attention to the health of sexual organs, genital inflammation also occurs in daily life, such as wearing tights, masturbating, playing with sexual organs before going to bed, eating stimulating food or drinking too much alcohol, as well as too warm bedding, which can induce penis erection, cause congestion of sexual organs, and easily cause inflammatory stimulation of sexual organs and spermatorrhea after friction.

If a man has spermatorrhea, it should be noticed and treated in time.

How to treat spermatorrhea caused by epididymitis

If epididymitis causes spermatorrhea, you need to treat epididymitis first actively. For example, you can take quinolone antibiotics, such as levofloxacin capsules, tinidazole, an antibiotic sensitive to anaerobic bacteria, or metronidazole. Before treatment, it is recommended to make a urine culture test to determine which pathogenic bacteria cause epididymitis and then take the appropriate medicine.

If the symptoms of spermatorrhea are prominent, drugs that can promote the normal contraction of the vas deferens can be used to improve the pressure of the vas deferens caused by epididymitis and better promote the recovery of the symptoms of spermatorrhea. If epididymitis is accompanied by kidney deficiency, it will also aggravate the symptoms of spermatorrhea.

There will be low back pain, waist distress, decreased libido, and other phenomena caused by kidney deficiency. It is necessary to take Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill for conditioning under the guidance of a Chinese doctor.
