Your Look May Signal the Health Condition of Semen

Healthy semen is the basis for the next generation. Some signs in daily life can show the health condition of the man's semen.

Not every man has six distinct abdominal muscles, but the semen of a man with a big belly may have problems. Dutch researchers found that men with a waist circumference of more than 40 inches (about 102 centimeters) had lower sperm concentration and fewer sperm counts with normal motility. Researchers believe that carrying too much weight in the abdomen can interfere with the release of sex hormones and sperm production and development.

The increase of intra-abdominal pressure also hinders the venous return of testis and prostate, which leads to the increase of testosterone concentration in testis and hydrostatic pressure in prostatic tissue, thus promoting the occurrence of prostatic hyperplasia. Once the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia are found, immediate medical treatment is needed.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia can be radically eliminated by the treatment of Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, which can clear away heat and detoxify, promote blood circulation, and remove blood stasis. The study also found that reducing waist circumference by 6 centimeters could significantly improve male sexual dysfunction and urinary frequency.

Researchers in Spain and Finland found that plain men had better semen quality than handsome men. Researchers used the trade-off hypothesis theory to explain why men's energy input into reproductive resources is fixed. If a man spends more resources on semen production, his resources for appearance characteristics will be reduced.

Fish-loving men have good sperm quality, which is found by researchers of Harvard University. Studies have shown that fish meat has a protective effect on sperm. The sperm concentration of men who often eat deep-sea fish such as salmon and tuna is 65% higher than that of ordinary people. Omega-3 fatty acids in fish can promote spermatogenesis.

British scholars have found that men wearing loose underwear have higher sperm motility. Sperm motility is very important. Sperms that move slowly can hardly reach the egg, so women can't get pregnant successfully. Loose underwear can reduce scrotal temperature, prevent epididymits and orchititis and improve your semen quality.

Researchers at Harvard University also found that men who exercised consistently had 73% higher sperm concentration than men who did not exercise. This is because regular exercise can prevent free radicals from damaging sperm cells. Men who watched more than 20 hours of television a week had sperm concentrations 44% lower than those who did not.

Although women thought men with lower voice tones were more attractive, men with softer voices had higher semen concentration. Researchers at the University of Western Australia believe that high testosterone levels can cause low voice, but excessive testosterone levels can inhibit spermatogenesis.

In daily life, people who use less plastic containers have better sperm. Danish scholars believe that bisphenol A can affect the activity of androgen and estrogen in the epididymis, thus hindering the normal development of sperm.
