What Causes Seminiferous Duct Blockage?
Now the number of infertile male patients is increasing; seminiferous duct blockage is one of the causes of male infertility. Once the vas deferens are blocked, it will lead to infertility and affect family harmony. Many male friends want to avoid it in time, so what is the cause of seminiferous duct blockage?

1. Congenital abnormality of vas deferens:

Congenital undeveloped or dysplasia of vas deferens will cause blockage of vas deferens and abnormal ejaculation, and it will also cause less semen volume and azoospermia.

2. Infection:

Common infections include seminal vesiculitis, prostatitis, epididymitis and tuberculosis of the epididymis and vas deferens. These infections can cause vas deferens blockage. Usually, the junction of the epididymis and vas deferens is more common.

3. Vas deferens tumors:

Compression of tumors from the vas deferens itself or adjacent organs will result in obstruction of the vas deferens, leading to the failure of spermatogenesis.

4. Injury:

Varicocele, hernia repair, spermatic cord tumor surgery and so on can cause damage to the vas deferens; Epididymis seminal cyst, testicular sheath effusion surgery can damage the epididymis; Prostate surgery can cause ejaculatory orifice occlusion; Or although there is no direct injury, but postoperative infection adhesion, scar formation and so on can also lead to blockage of the vas deferens.

Therapeutic methods:

1. Treatment of primary diseases

First we need to remove the primary cause, patients who are caused by infection should take anti-infection treatment first, patients can take a strong anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory effect of herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill to treat, it is composed of more than 50 Chinese herbal ingredients, so it will not produce any side effects or drug resistance on the human body and can effectively help patients eliminate the affected areas. After the inflammation is cured, recanalization means can be considered.

2. Tumor resection

If the spermatic cord, seminal vesicle, prostate tumor or cyst, or other surrounding organ tumors or cysts are oppressing the vas deferens, surgical removal is feasible.

3. Anastomosis of vas deferens and epididymis

If the lesion is in the tail of the epididymis, vas deferens and epididymis anastomosis are feasible.

4. Vasectomy

If the obstruction is in the vas deferens, the obstructive segment can be removed, and the vasectomy can be performed.

5. Transurethral ejaculation

It is suitable for ejaculatory duct obstruction.

6. Internal urethrotomy or urethroplasty

It can be used to treat urethral stricture or atresia caused by urethral trauma.

7. Sperm acquisition and ICSI treatment of epididymis and testis

For the congenital bilateral absence of vas deferens, obstructive azoospermia which can not be restored by operation and pregnancy failure after recanalization, ICSI treatment with epididymis or testicular sperm is a better treatment for infertile men who want to have children.
