Lower FSH level means higher spermatogenesis ability. So how to choose underwear for patients with epididymitis?
No briefs
The briefs will cause the temperature regulation function of the testis to be hindered, and the temperature beside testis will rise slowly, which will affect the spermatogenesis ability of testis. In addition, even worse, coupled with the blocked blood supply, vulnerable sperm will be severely damaged, seriously endangering fertility.
Fat people are not suitable for pure cotton underwear
Pure cotton underwear can not only absorb sweat but also comfortable to wear. It was found that the sperm number of men wearing pure polyester underwear decreased significantly from 40% to 14 months, while that of men wearing half cotton and half polyester underwear decreased from 9% to 10 months, while that f men wearing pure cotton underwear did not change.
Further study found that semen quality recovered within half a year to a year after the first two groups were replaced with cotton underwear.
