Can Blocked Fallopian Tube Lead To Premature Menstruation? What Should Women Do?
Actually, blocked fallopian tube can lead to premature menstruation. Because women's fallopian tubes and ovaries are close to each other, when there is a tubal inflammation that leads to the tubal blockage, it will quickly spread to the women's ovaries, which will disrupt the normal function of ovaries, and may eventually lead to menstrual disorders.

Other symptoms of blocked fallopian tubes:

1. Dysmenorrhea: As a result of the blocked fallopian tubes, it may lead to the female pelvic congestion, so as to cause dysmenorrhea with blood stasis. When the female patient gets the period, the pain will be more serious.

2. Abdominal discomfort: Because of the blocked fallopian tubes, there will be some abdominal discomfort, low back pain and swollen feelings. These problems will be aggravated after overworking.

3. Infertility: It is also one of the symptoms of blocked fallopian tubes. Damage to fallopian tubes can lead to the blockage, thus making the sperm unable to combine with the egg, let alone the pregnancy.

Causes of blocked fallopian tubes.

1. Gynecologic inflammation

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can cause fallopian tubes to be blocked, or lead to adhesion in the fallopian tube lining mucosa, thus making tubes narrowed or blocked. Severe inflammations can cause the fallopian tubes to lose the pliability, become rigid and twisted, and the tubes will become completely blocked, eventually rendering females sterile.

2. Perforated appendix

Women with a history of perforated appendix have an increased chance of having their fallopian tubes damaged. This is because the appendix and fallopian tubes are so close to each other that infection from the appendix can easily spread to the fallopian tubes, leading to inflammation in the fallopian tubes and then adhesions plus blockages, thereby leading to infertility.

3. Pelvic adhesion

Adhesion usually covers the ends of ovaries and fallopian tubes, or makes fallopian tubes attached to other tissues. Especially for women that have done pelvic surgery, they are more likely to have adhesion problem.

4. Infection caused by abortion

Abortion can also lead to inflammation in the reproductive organs, which can result in scar tissues in the fallopian tubes, blocking or damaging the interior over time.

How to treat blocked fallopian tubes?

1. Medication

If the cause of blocked fallopian tubes is related to salpingitis, pelvic inflammatory disease or other inflammations, medication can be used. In most cases, traditional Chinese medicine is often used, such as the herbal medicine Fuyan Pill, which can effectively solve inflammations and help to unblock the fallopian tubes. It has no side effects on human body.

2. Surgery

Conventional surgical treatments are often used as well, such as tubal ostomy, adhesion separation, oviduct anastomosis, uterine oviduct implantation and so on. These surgeries often cause damage to the female body and it usually takes a long time to get recovered. After the surgery, the patient should pay attention to daily care, to avoid unwanted infection and diseases.
