Natural options for men with nil sperm count
Nil sperm count is a situation also recognized as azoospermia.  Nil sperm count indicates that a guy has both no sperm in his ejaculate or he has completely zero sperm count.  Nil sperm count is one of the leading causes of male infertility; due to this problem a male is unable to ejaculate sperms along with other seminal fluids to impregnate a woman. This condition affects 1% of the male population and it is estimated that up to 20% of cases of male infertility are due to azoospermia. In this condition a male may not be a father of child even though his body may be producing healthy sperms in sufficient number.

Many cases of prolonged azoospermia are a result of killing all the spermatogonial stem cells inside the testis by infection or other reasons that we do not know. In other instances, however, the stem spermatogonia survive but fail to differentiate into sperm.

To be honest there are very limited natural options for men with Nil sperm count. First and foremost it is important to work with a doctor who specializes in this condition. Second, it is a well-known fact that the male body requires a wide variety of nutrients to produce balanced hormones and healthy sperm. For men working to reverse azoospermia, eating a nutrient dense whole food diet is going to be very important. Today’s modern diet often doesn’t nourish the body properly and that is where nutritional supplementation can be useful in improving sperm production.

There are a variety of herbs that have been shown to help support men’s hormonal balance and sperm production. These herbs may be worth considering as part of a healing plan for azoospermia caused by non-genetic, non-obstructive azoospermia. As always, it would be best to find a natural healthcare practitioner, skilled in the use of botanical medicine, to work with, alongside a medical doctor.

Herbs to improve hormonal balance and sperm production in men:
American Ginseng root (Panax quinquefolius)
Cordyceps mushroom (Cordyceps sinensis)
Maca root (Lepidium meyenii)
Saw Palmetto berries (Serenoa repens)
Schisandra fruit and seed (Schisandra chinensis)
Tribulus aerial parts and fruit (Tribulus terrestris)

However these are only natural ways that could only improve the situation of azoospermia, but couldn’t cure it completely. Does it mean this condition is incurable? Of course, the answer is no. Luckily the solution has been found, it is an herbal medicine named diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill, which would cure it completely. And this herbal medicine made from natural herbs that are needed to cure azoospermia. So these herbs form the whole formula, which work together to eliminate all the symptoms of azoospermia.
