What is the Relationship Between Prostatitis and Premature Ejaculation?

Is there a necessary relationship between prostatitis and premature ejaculation? Is it possible for the two to be concurrent?

Prostatitis is a disease of the prostate, a type of disease represented by pelvic pain. Prostatitis may increase the incidence of premature ejaculation, but there is no necessary connection between the two. Simply put, prostatitis may affect or aggravate premature ejaculation. If the patient has prostatitis, they should be treated at the same time. If there is no prostatitis, premature ejaculation should be treated only.

To treat premature ejaculation, is it correct to treat prostatitis first?

It is certainly unscientific. Prostatitis can aggravate premature ejaculation, but it is impossible to attribute all the causes of premature ejaculation to prostatitis. There are some misunderstandings in the patient's thinking, thinking that as long as prostatitis is cured, all other male diseases will be healed.

First of all, it is necessary to determine whether premature ejaculation is caused by prostatitis correctly. It is not required to see prostatitis if it is just premature ejaculation. Prostatitis is a cold of the urinary system, which may be completely cured or maybe infected again.

What should be the order of treatment for premature ejaculation and prostatitis?

The proportion of patients with premature ejaculation and prostatitis simultaneously is about 20% to 30%. In this case, there is no argument for the order of treatment. It just means that prostatitis must be treated, and prostatitis must be controlled.

Suppose the patient wants to solve the problem of premature ejaculation as soon as possible. In that case, they must also use anti-premature ejaculation drugs so that the effect will be better. Of course, if the patient thinks that premature ejaculation can be delayed, then treat prostatitis first.

At the same time, strengthen some sexual knowledge consultation, teaching, and counseling, maybe premature ejaculation will be improved. In short, simultaneous treatment is feasible, and successive treatments are also possible, depending on the patient's demands.

If it is premature ejaculation caused by chronic prostatitis, the patient can use medication. Herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill can cure chronic prostatitis and then the premature ejaculation caused by it. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is a patented medicine, which has the effects of diuretic and leaching, anti-inflammatory and sterilizing, clearing away heat, and detoxifying. Herbal medicine has no significant complications and no increase in side effects.

Many people still confuse impotence and premature ejaculation. How do you distinguish between the two?

The distinction is elementary. Ask the patient a few questions: First, do you want to do it? The second one, can it be done? Third, how is your ejaculation rate? Can it be controlled? What about pleasure and orgasm?

However, there is a situation in which patients may regard severe premature ejaculation as impotence. Because painful premature ejaculation will ejaculate soon after it is not inserted into the vagina or after it is inserted into the vagina.

Especially those patients who ejaculate before they are inserted into the vagina often cannot get an erection within half an hour or 1 hour after ejaculation. Therefore, the patient will mistakenly think that he is impotent. Impotence means not having sex. Premature ejaculation is the ability to make love, but satisfaction is not enough.

Can surgical treatment of premature ejaculation be done once and for all?

For the problem of premature ejaculation surgical treatment, patients are advised to be cautious. First of all, because the operation has to cut the nerves, the nerves are irreversible, and it is difficult to cut the nerves to grow well. Since it can be treated with drugs, there is no need for surgery. Surgery is the ultimate method. There is no alternative.

Secondly, it is tough to regenerate after the nerve is cut, and there is no conclusion about how to cut it. What if it is too much? Again, there are complications in operation. Therefore, it is best not to do premature ejaculation surgery.
