Hello,doctor. Patient condition is: male, age 46, nocturnal emission for 10 years. Went to hospital recently, it is to be hyperplasia. But i do not experience holding urination or nocturnal urination, i always sleep through whole night. I wanna know

Dr.LeeBenign prostatic hyperplasia and hyperplasia of prostate are two different conditions. You are diagnosed with BPH in the absence of symptoms, follow-up visit is needed. The former is pathological change , while the latter is clinical diagnosis.
